These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TalkFlow: Play Together mobile application ("TalkFlow", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using TalkFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using TalkFlow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
TalkFlow is a party games collection app for iOS that includes games such as SPY, Mafia, Quiz, Super Alias, Truth or Dare, Question Cards, and more. The App operates primarily on a single device in a pass-and-play format. Some features use AI-powered content generation and require an internet connection.
TalkFlow offers auto-renewable subscription plans ("TalkFlow Premium") that provide access to premium features, including ad-free gameplay, unlimited AI-generated content, and all games unlocked.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.
If offered, any free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID.
Subscription prices may change from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance through the App Store, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the new pricing before it takes effect.
TalkFlow allows you to create custom game content, including questions, words, and locations. This content is stored locally on your device and remains your property.
You are solely responsible for any content you create within the App. You agree not to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Content generated by the App's AI features is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate results.

All content, features, and functionality of TalkFlow — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the overall design — are owned by TalkFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Microsoft Clarity, Apple StoreKit, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content provided through the App, including AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TALKFLOW, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TalkFlow and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These Terms are between you and TalkFlow only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your use of the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
