Truth or Dare
Pick a level, tap Truth or Dare, and pass the phone. 162 prompts, nothing to install, and a Chill level that is safe to hand to anyone.
Keyboard: press T for a truth, D for a dare, Space for either.
How to Play Truth or Dare
Sit in a circle
Three or more players works best. One phone goes round the group; whoever is holding it is up. With only two players you just alternate.
Choose your level
Chill for mixed company and younger players, Classic for a normal party, Party for a bolder group. Switch at any time — each level keeps its own place in the deck.
Truth or dare
Tap one and a card is drawn. Answer it or do it, then hand the phone to the next player. Refuse and the group decides the forfeit.
The Rules Nobody Agrees On
Truth or Dare has no governing body, so every group plays it slightly differently. The three arguments that come up every single time are worth settling before you start.
Can you pass? The usual compromise is one pass per player per game, and the passed card goes to the person on your left. Unlimited passes kill the game within two rounds.
Can you pick truth every time? Most groups cap it at two truths in a row. It stops one cautious player from quietly opting out of half the game.
What happens if you refuse outright? Agree the forfeit before the first card, not after someone has already refused. A forfeit decided in the moment is always aimed at the person who triggered it.
Everything here is safe for work and safe to read aloud. If you want spicier material, categories built for couples, or a wheel that picks who goes next, that lives in the app — or read our list of the best truth or dare questions if you would rather write your own cards.

Chill is written for mixed company and younger players, with nothing embarrassing in it. Classic is the standard party version. Party is bolder and more physical, but still safe for work.
No. The page is the game. If you want offline play, more categories and a spinning wheel to pick who goes next, the TalkFlow app has them.
Three or more works best, but it plays fine with two — you just alternate instead of passing around a circle.
